I’m Mizore Lewis-Smith, a versatile and dedicated actor with a go-getter attitude trained in the Meisner Technique. I hold a B.A. in Theatre Arts and a Master's degree with a focus on Marketing, Small Business Management, and Video Production. Since joining SAG-AFTRA in 2016, I have built my resume, working on various projects and self-produced shows, including commercials and television in Japan. My journey has been both diverse and enriching, which includes spending two years studying in Tokyo, immersing myself in the culture, and honing my acting and performance craft there in the Japanese entertainment industry.
Although my appearance and personality often land me in younger, naive comedic roles, my true instinctive and shining roles lie in portraying more sinister and serious characters, the type that would play innocent in front of others but antagonize and manipulate my prey behind closed doors and enjoy doing it. After taking a pause in my acting career to work in marketing for the past seven years, the recent passing of my acting mentor, Tom Provenzano, and an unfulfilling career in marketing led me to reignite my passion for acting, but this time, coming back with a vengeance with a more international and business approach.
I am now fully committed to pursuing my dream and stepping away from the corporate ladder, but going to do it in a more relentless and cunning way. With my global mindset, I aim to become an international actor, working across different parts of the world within the next two years, starting with Los Angeles, Tokyo, and London. I am currently signed with Authograph Talent in the Pacific Northwest, U.S., in talks with joining REMIX Talent Agency in Tokyo, and actively seeking representation in London.
